Voucher Redemption

Eligible Vouchers

The following vouchers may be redeemed on KrisShop.com:

• eVouchers issued by KrisShop
• eVouchers issued by Singapore Airlines
• Eligible PPS Club gift vouchers. For more details on how to redeem your PPS Club gift vouchers on KrisShop.com, please see below.

Redemption on KrisShop.com

To redeem your eVouchers simply:

1. Browse KrisShop.com and add items to your shopping bag. 
2. During checkout, apply eligible voucher code(s) under Voucher and Promotion Codes. Multiple voucher codes may be used in a single transaction. Please note that each voucher code needs to be entered and applied individually. 
3. Any balance payment can be made with KrisFlyer miles or credit card. If payment is made entirely by vouchers, simply click “Buy Now” to complete your purchase. 
4. An email confirmation with your order number will be sent to you once your purchase is completed. For other KrisShop related queries, you may contact our Customer Experience team at krisshopcustomercare@krisshop.com.

To redeem your PPS Club gift vouchers, simply:

1. Browse KrisShop.com and add items to your shopping bag. 
2. Log in to your KrisFlyer account on KrisShop.com and enter the eligible voucher code(s) in the ‘Voucher and Promotion Codes’ field at checkout. Multiple voucher codes may be used in a single transaction. Please note that each voucher code needs to be entered and applied individually.
3. When you are redeeming your electronic voucher, key in the voucher code found on your e-voucher, which has been sent to the email address registered to your KrisFlyer profile. 

If you encounter difficulties in retrieving this email, simply visit https://www.singaporeair.com/manage-voucher.form (or click ‘Manage Voucher’ link at the bottom of the Singapore Airlines website) where you can directly resend the e-voucher to your email address.

4. Any balance payment can be made with KrisFlyer miles or credit card. If payment is made entirely by vouchers, simply click “Buy Now” to complete your purchase.
